INTRODUCTION

Introduction

Go, get thee down;
for thy people,
which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt,
have corrupted themselves.

There is, in us all, an inherent inability to remain affixed to our determined loyalties. The inability to hold true to our loyalties, otherwise known as “faithlessness”, is a by-product of our blessed free agency, through which we are endowed by Our Creator an unhindered power of choice. It is, as a matter of common “wisdom”, most intelligent to “keep all options open” for as long as possible when confronted with a decision, that we might, in the final hour, achieve the best conclusion. Many people, however, become prone to procrastination, presenting in character as timid and trepidatious, because, at the deepest levels, where our fears congregate, we dread the loss of opportunity that occurs once we make a stand and choose our course.

“Decision” is defined generally as “a conclusion or judgement reached after consideration”, but more specifically, a “decision”, in the same manner as the word “incision”, is related to a form of “cutting”. An “incision” is a “cutting through”, while a “decision” is a “cutting away”. When we make a decision, we are cutting away other possibilities. A “firm decision” is the “cutting away” of all other possibilities.

“Religion and Anti-Religion” is, in no uncertain terms, a volume centered on “faith”, a theological text. There exists in this world many, many “bases of faith”, a seemingly endless array of beliefs, practices, ethics, and cultures to explore, open options that even an exceedingly long lifespan can never exhaust. Where faith is concerned, there are innumerable options available, and we, as people, enjoying the road-map of many avenues to pursue, are apt to extend the finality of a “firm decision” on the matter of faith right on up to our death bed.

The matter of faith is the matter of the determined object of one’s worship. Faith is, at once, belief, trust, and allegiance. Faith is a commodity we possess inherently and allocate according to our values. It is that which we “treasure” that weighs heaviest in the balance of our decision-making, and so much of what we entertain when contemplating religion is the manner in which one “worldview” best compliments our personal values against another. We seek some sort of benefit through an “object of worship” we may eventually decide to subscribe to, and, once decided, we are gradually transformed into the likeness of the “object of worship”.

Where faith is concerned, it seems to be the tendency of a man to seek to bend reality to his vanities, to establish his own version of reality rather than to adapt himself to that which is actual, to that which is, in fact, real. Even when a man ventures to pursue truth as the basis for his “worldview”, his first inclination is to define truth by the limited measurements of his limited perspective, and therefore render himself confined to material trappings in the realm of his fantasies. Truth is greater than third dimension limitations because truth is an attribute of “The Creator”.

JOHN 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

“The Creator” exists both within and without the “Creation”, and so truth is fully realized in measurements of both material and spiritual reality. “Science” has no means by which to measure that which is spiritual, and so “science” has become a convenient method of ignoring the inherent spiritual fact of “God Almighty” and substantiating the ongoing autonomy of a soul.

By the base desire of autonomy, humanity has become stricken with an innumerable multiplicity of alternative “worldviews”, but categorically speaking, there are but two fundamental realms of “worldviews”: those which are based in reality and those which are based in fantasy. It is reasonable to assume that many people would be surprised to learn that the pursuit of truth through “scientific endeavor” is the very snare that binds us to fantasy and splinters reality into untold fragments, but there is no truth that is not the whole truth, and the whole truth very much includes the realm of the spiritual. Therefore, the actualization of the spiritual reality and the hidden truths therein through “religion” become a very necessary ingredient in the pursuit of truth. Regrettably, however, most “religions”, in fact, nearly all “religions”, are concoctions of deception that also preclude the “Creator God”, and as such, also miss the mark. Where the elements of the spiritual are concerned, the treatment of the “Creator God” is very telling.

In line with “worldviews” based in reality and fantasy are two fundamental classes of “objects of worship”. Simply stated, the two “objects of worship” are, categorically, “Creator” and “Created”. We, the people, will worship the “Creator God” in the pursuit of truth or, instead, we will worship some article of The Creator’s “Creation”, content with a perspective that crafts a personal utopia of our own imaginations.

The “Holy Bible”, in accordance with both the “Religion of Moses” and the “Religion of Jesus Christ”, expresses the matter of “Creator vs Created” by “The Creator” through the Prophet Isaiah:

ISAIAH 5:20-21
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

Insomuch as working toward conclusions that form our ultimate “firm decision” with regards to faith, the very first consideration is the matter of “The Creator”. The ancient pagan “Anti-Religions” of Mesopotamia and surrounding areas of the Middle East describe a “Creator God” who is reticent, unapproachable, and generally of no value to people. The “Anti-Religion”, to be certain, is absolutely polytheistic, a network of many, many “gods”, some of the spirit in nature, and some of the flesh. All polytheistic bases of faith, including any “religion” that worships but a single “god” out of the full pantheon of the “Anti-Religion”, depend upon the imagery of a “Creator God” that appears weak and worthless in order to present alternative “false gods” as a viable option to desperate people in immediate need. The gateway into the downward spiral of corruption is persuasion by those already corrupted. In the Garden of Eden, to hear Moses tell it, the “Serpent” beguiled Eve, lying to her about the “Creator God”, and coaxing her into believing that she, too, can be “like God”.

The “Serpent of The Garden” is referred to in “The Apocalypse” as “that old serpent, called The Devil and Satan, who deceiveth the whole world”, affirming the ever-present enmity of humanity and legendary adversary of the “Creator God”, at once “Satan”, “The Serpent”, “Lucifer”, “Leviathan”, “The Red Dragon”, and “The Devil”. “The Serpent” infected humanity with its own corruption, the venom known as “sin”, that effects men through the vulnerabilities of base desire and vanity, opening our eyes to “spiritual blindness” and subjecting our souls to the fate of the adversary, called “Death” and “Hades”.

Human beings, in the broad-stroke sense, are very gullible to deception, lacking so much in the knowledge and wisdom concerning faith. We fail in our spiritual blindness, as a collective, and in perpetuity, to understand precisely what our own needs truly are. We focus on the “desires of the flesh”, which are the cravings of the physical bodies that our spirits occupy, rather than on the needs of our own spirit to grow in righteousness and truth. We are, generally speaking, subjects of the “here and now” rather than the “big picture” of existence, which includes our continuity in the journey of the “Hereafter”. When we are given over to our base desires, we are apt to turn our backs on the “Creator God” and entertain dalliance with literally anything otherwise. The dynamic of our strife between body and spirit is a major element of existence. Astride our grappling with “the flesh” is the massive challenge that comes with self-awareness, the crisis of “vanity”. The eyes of mankind were “opened” through the beguilement of “The Serpent”, and what we saw was ourselves and our desires, a short-sighted “worldview” that decoupled mankind from eternity and paradise.

The short-sightedness of a corrupt worldview was the weakness that drew the Israelites away from Moses and the “Creator God” at the base of Mount Sinai, a collective impatience that had no respect for the wisdom of God, for all that was right and true. Instead, the “stiff-necked people” turned away, erected a golden calf, and returned to the solicitation of the pagan “gods” they had inherited from Egypt.

The sickness against our souls, the envenomation of human blood called “sin”, reduces our concerns to base desires and self-imagery, and propagates the development of “civilization” from a foundation of corruption. We are born into generation upon generation of illusion, of blind leading the blind. It is written, “The beginning of wisdom is the fear of The Lord”. Rare is the man that calls out for The Lord, and rare is the man that guides his family in wisdom. More common is the man who rages from anxieties and anguish into the momentary sedation of satiation, scraping and clawing in accordance with ego, praying out only to whatever random, nameless “god” may be available to hear the foxhole pleas of his dire hour. It is also written:

GENESIS 4:6-7
And the Lord said unto Cain, “Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen? If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him”.

Such is life.

A. THEY HAVE MADE FOR THEM A GOLDEN CALF

EXODUS 32:7-8
And the Lord said unto Moses, “Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves: They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshiped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, ‘These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.’”

There exists a thread of wickedness that meanders serpentine through the entire history of mankind. The serpentine thread of wickedness is an alternate vision of existence borne of subscription to a counterfeit base of faith, an “Anti-Religion” that has its origins in the vanity of a particular subset of spiritual beings that, from the onset of humanity have stood in opposition to humanity, Creation as a whole, and even the Creator, Himself.

The “Anti-Religion” has presented in parallel to actual “Religion” for millennia as the antagonist of the “Divine Order” of Creation, as the abominable antithesis to all that is good and true. The “Actual Religion” or “True Religion” is and always has been the rites of communion between the Creation and its Creator.

When Moses crafted the books of the “Pentateuch” at various points through the Fifteenth Century BC, human “civilization” had already been some twenty-five hundred years into development. Moses wrote during a very critical period in human history, that period being the “Forty Years” in which the Israelites wandered the wilderness between their chattel enslavement in Egypt and the establishment of the “Promised Land” in the Canaanite territories as the new nation of “God’s Chosen People”. God, the “Creator Of All Things”, was, in this liberation and re-settlement of the Israelites, establishing a new communion between Himself and humanity, a pact with a certain people, a new “covenant” that would operate as a peculiar nation standing alone against a world of pagan idolatry, occult rites, sex magic, and child sacrifice. God had delivered through Moses a new iteration of the “Ancient Faith” to the Israelite peoples, a continuation of the “True Religion” of the “Creator God” that had been brought down through the generations of mankind in the hands of notable figures such as Abel, Seth, Enoch, Noah, Melchizedek, and Abraham.

At such critical moments in which God had worked to establish Himself with particular people, He would make Himself to be physically present with them. It was that way in the Garden of Eden, it was that way when Jesus of Nazareth healed and taught in Galilee and Judea, and it was that way with Moses and the Israelites in the wilderness east of Egypt. Covenant with God has its beginning and its end, and when the torch of the “True Religion” is passed along, the “Creator Of All Things” makes himself quite present. Moses had written of such events even while he had existed in such an event, entering into the very presence of God at the top of Mount Sinai. In the “Book of Genesis”, Moses had written of the history of God’s relation with mankind from Creation and on through to the establishment of the Twelve Tribes of Israel. In this time of “beginnings” that predate God’s covenant with the Israelites, the names and faces changed through the centuries, but the story remained the same, the story of God and His people in communion and the antagonist “Anti-Religion” that sought to co-opt Creation and run in into the ground.

As the covenants between God and mankind have their beginning and their ends, The covenant between God and the Israelites through Moses, what we now refer to as the “Old Covenant”, found its ending in the year of 70 AD, having had held, though very precariously, for some fifteen hundred years. The basic elements of the “Religion of Moses” would be lost forever, and the remaining vestiges of the “nation” would be repeatedly scattered about through all time after.

The time of transition between the “Old Covenant” of Moses and the “New Covenant” of Christ lasted forty years, the same duration of time Moses and the Israelites spent wandering the wilderness. During that time, the “Good News” of the “Gospel” of Jesus Christ had spread to the furthest reaches of “The World”, “The World” as it was in New Testament scripture being the “Jewish World”. The “Jewish World” of the First Century AD was based in both Babylon and Jerusalem, with mercantile outposts throughout portions of Asia, Africa, and Europe. For forty years, the Apostles and other disciples of Jesus Christ extended word of the “New Covenant” to all Jewish settlements, and when that task was finally achieved, a definitive ending of the “Old Covenant” would be delivered to all of humanity in a horrible act of Divine Retribution.

The “Book of Revelation”, known otherwise in the Greek transliteration as “The Apocalypse”, is largely a volume that speaks to the transition of theology from one covenant to another, as it was happening, and just prior to the Divine Retribution which we understand today as the “Desolation of Jerusalem”. The “canon” of scriptural text that makes up “The Holy Bible” concludes with “The Apocalypse”, and so “The Holy Bible”, in the end, is the story of the “Mosaic Covenant”, from its prehistoric beginnings to its calamitous ending.

Embedded within the mysterious text and ethereal imagery of “The Apocalypse” is also the very specific reason for the dissolution of the “Religion of Moses” and the need for something different, something better. The reason that the “Old Covenant” was set to pass off into antiquity involved the corruption of the powerful elite of Jerusalem, which had been the recurring theme of Israelite history that stressed relations between God and His “Chosen People” for many centuries. The corruption was a matter of faith and practices, a matter of “Religion” and “Anti-Religion”.

In the beginning of the “Mosaic Covenant”, the Israelites which followed Moses about the wilderness had moments of doubts and fears in which they would revert to the comfortable pagan ways of their Egyptian past, assumedly in order to establish some collective sense of power and control over their plight. It has always been that peculiar reversion to the ways of the “Anti-Religion”, when the “True Religion” and wondrous power of God Almighty was in-hand, that had continually beset the Israelites as a nation. In the end of the “Mosaic Covenant”, it was the reversion of the elite class of Jerusalem to the Babylonian and Canaanite iterations of “Anti-Religion” practices that had their Holy Temple demolished and their Great City rendered desolate.

The “Book of Revelation” is not concerned with the evolution of the serpentine “Anti-Religion” through each of its iterations among the variety of cultures it has corrupted, but rather rests its focus on one, the one that serves as the greatest slap in the face of God Almighty, the one nation that was established to carry the torch of truth for all of humanity and yet repeatedly defied its privilege only to wallow in the morass of occult rites alongside its pagan neighbors.

B. THOU SHALL HAVE NO OTHER GODS BEFORE ME

It seems, at first, incredible, that a people rescued from generations of slavery would collectively defy their Savior and turn repeatedly to the worship of false “gods”, to the idolatry of the Egyptians that had enslaved them, then forward through time to worship alongside of the Canaanites that their Lord God had openly despised, and generations beyond that to the occult rites of the temples in Babylon. It seems unfathomable that a people that would bare witness to so many miracles in the incredible time of mass liberation from the clutches of the Pharaohs would collectively turn and show so little regard for the true power and wonder of their Deliverer. Throughout history, the subsequent generations of these especially “Chosen People” would revile and curse and lash out at the Prophets of God who had toiled to guide them not only through the wilderness and into the Promised Land, but also through the Devil, Sin, and Death in pursuit of righteousness and Paradise. It seems incredible, but then again, there really is no accounting for the pride of men. Our arrogance and insolence are truly remarkable, perhaps second only to Lucifer himself.

The Holy Bible is a collection of books that, gathered together into canon, tell some of the story of the interaction of Our Creator with mankind from Creation through The Apocalypse. The story, as it goes, involves a world gone mad, of empirical dynasties of civilizations that worship demons, of tyrant kings that crave deification, of temple prostitution and child sacrifice, of pillage, of plunder, and, as already mentioned, of chattel enslavement.

Through the Holy Bible, we follow along with the stories of particular men of righteousness as history meanders through the madness of humanity. The righteous ones walk with God and talk with God, and God works through them, pointing mankind to their failings, and warning mankind of justice due should their course not be corrected. The righteous ones are duly hated, for the arrogance of man cannot bear the chastisement of The Creator.

Man has been created with particular distinction among the beasts, not that he is renowned for his fangs or claws, not that he is known for his fleetness of foot, not that he is respected for poisonous venom, not that he is regarded for size or strength, not that he is considered for his wings and flight, and not that he is thought of for his ability to swim the depths or hide still in the brush. Instead, mankind has the unique distinction among the earthly creatures of a cerebral power known as “reason”. Men have minds, minds that have capacity beyond the constraints of instinct, and with the mind, men possess the capabilities of planning, design, replication, investigation, analysis, hypothesis, correction, choice, invention, and even, in the image of God, creation itself. Men have the ability to observe God’s Creation, to take from it and make of it what he may require to overcome the challenges of existence. With each discovery and with each invention, man substantiates more and more both his collective and individual sense of greatness. The problem, however, is that the greater the man thinks of himself, the lesser the man thinks of God Almighty, without whom none of these things would exist – including the man himself.

The Holy Bible shows us that mankind, at least in large part, has had little-to-no regard for The Creator Of All Things, that relations were strained from the onset of humanity. Mankind, in its hours of weakness, has proven to be apt to turn his loyalties to “false gods” that offer instant gratification against woes, over the actual Creator, whose offer of sacred communion, righteous wisdom, and blessed peace appear to the man, in his anxiety, anguish, and mania, quite insufficient in proportion to the perceived difficulties at hand. Humanity has, by and large, discounted actual communion with the “Creator God” in exchange for the trinkets and baubles they can scrounge up for themselves or conjure up out of the “false gods” through occult rites. It is no mistake that, when God Almighty had arranged for covenant with the nation of Israelites whom he had freed from slavery, He began the expression of the requirements of communion as follows:

EXODUS 20:1-3
And God spake all these words, saying, I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

The “Ten Commandments” delivered to the Israelites through Moses, address the problems of man’s relationship with The Creator and man’s relationship with men. The very first decision man is to make toward establishing and maintaining respect toward God Almighty is to refrain from engagement with “other gods”. The Israelites would prove, throughout their troubled history, the basic human inability to overcome their own passions and persist in righteous communion with the “Creator God”. The Old Testament, in large part, deals specifically with the recurring failure of the Israelites. The New Testament deals specifically with the ultimate failure of the Israelites, which was the Crucifixion of The Messiah, and concludes with The Apocalypse, which is the prophecy that explains the Wrath of God, the destruction and desolation of Jerusalem, and the end of the Old Covenant “world” as it had been known for many centuries.

The “Old Covenant”, which was the “Religion of Moses”, was an iteration of the “True Religion” of the “True God”. Through the generations, however, the leaders of Israel repeatedly drew from the well of idolatry and bastardized the “True Religion”, conflating “The Law” of the Old Covenant with the pagan worship of the political alliances formed with the “nations” about The Promised Land. This conflation distinguishes what we know today as “Judaism” from the “True Religion” of the “Creator God” and explains the enmity Jesus Christ had with the “Scribes and Pharisees”. The Old Covenant, which had always been maintained precariously by new generations of small remnants of the “True Religion”, would eventually, following the Crucifixion of Christ, “vanish away” as the “New Covenant”, the new iteration of the “True Religion”, spread more and more universally:

HEBREWS 8:13
In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

In the same manner that Judaism is by no means “Christian”, Judaism was also not the “Religion of Moses”, a concept which many would find exceedingly difficult to reconcile in this extremely “Judaized” western world. To be clear, what we know as Judaism, in the same manner that it exists alongside New Covenant Christianity, existed also alongside of the Old Covenant “Religion of Moses”, with its distinction being both the worship of tribal identity and the inclusion of pagan rites into their secret practices and beliefs. In the same manner that Jesus Christ was at enmity with the “Scribes and Pharisees”, and for the same reasons, the Old Testament Prophets were the enemies of kings and all forms of Israelite leadership through the sordid history of Ancient Israel.

Over the forty or so years following Christ’s judgement of Jerusalem, the Old Covenant faded to an end as the Holy Apostles delivered the New Covenant to all corners of the Jewish world. At that point, the Christians remaining in Jerusalem would flee to Pella in the Decapolis, and God turned away from the Antichrist Jews, leaving Jerusalem spiritually desolate, at least as spirituality concerns the presence of the “True God”. Revelation 18:2, which regards Jerusalem as “Babylon The Great”, is described as “the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird”, so not utterly spiritually devoid. The same Temple would eventually be brought to rubble and ashes, as foretold by Jesus Christ in Matthew 24:1-2, and with that, the remaining temporal vestiges of the “Religion of Moses” were scattered to the wind. Surviving all of this, however, was and remains Judaism, which always worshiped pagan idols, which was never the Old Covenant, and which never had communion with God Almighty beyond the dire warnings of the Prophets. The Old Covenant has vanished away, but Judaism would persist as the antagonist of Christianity, and has done so outside of covenant with God Almighty, as one of many “false religions”, as an iteration of the “Anti-Religion”, and perhaps its greatest champion.

The “Anti-Religion” is the religion of the ancient pagan polytheistic mythologies, which dates back to Creation and is present in the Garden of Eden with the “Serpent”, who beguiled Eve, the “mother of humanity”, and would dominate the antediluvian epoch through the exploits of Cain. Every manner of the “Anti-Religion” tracks back to the “Serpent”, whether by the direct continuity of occult practice or, as is the case with Judaism, by the merging of identity-worship and occult practice with the “True Religion”, a conflation of “good and evil” known as the “Oral Torah” or “Unwritten Law” that Christ so opposed.

The “Creator God” is unique among deities for He and He alone is greater than the whole of Creation, while all else is a part of Creation. It would seem to be the very supremacy of God Almighty that creates an air of discomfort with the the beings that have reason in their constitution. It just may be some deep and ancient resentment against a being that is all-powerful, all-knowing, and ever-present, who is the author of morality and of justice, who is everything that is actually “good” in a world that is hopelessly tainted with “evil” and among beings that are so typically enchanted with that which is evil. In the ancient mythologies, it appears invariably that whichever localized expression of the “Anti-Religion” is in focus, be it Sumerian, Egyptian, Canaanite, Phoenician, Assyrian, Babylonian, Greek, or any other, the story is told of a “Creator God” that is distant, unapproachable, weak, and ineffective, a “Most High God” who is undesirable and replaced by rebellious and dynamic “other gods” through time and circumstance.

“Religion And Anti-Religion”, to be certain, is a text evolving about The Apocalypse, which is the “Revelation of Jesus Christ” by an “Angel of God” through “John of Patmos” to the “Seven Churches of Asia Minor”. The origins of the work are a sincere attempt to reckon illegitimate the works of the Gnostics and Judaizers, who continue the corrupt tradition of the bastardization of Christianity from the inception of the Early Church and on into the modern era, having had generated pop-culture status and, frankly, a consensus of “normalization” around the fictional interpretation of The Apocalypse as the “end of all time” in conjunction with a revived and restored Jerusalem. The Apocalypse is a magnificent text, with seemingly endless depth and far-reaching historical excursions that not only express the everlasting doom of Jerusalem, but also run our minds through the course of the entire human experience.

There are mysteries in this world, some being the aspects of God’s Creation that remain undiscovered, and others being the intentionally reserved “secrets” of the specially “initiated” adepts of the occult. The Apocalypse, as the “Revelation Of Jesus Christ”, shines a light deep into the darkness of the occult mysteries. The nature of light and darkness is expressed in “The Gospel of St. John” in relation to truth and deception:

JOHN 3:19-21
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

There is a reason that Christ incurred so much strife with the Pharisees in Jerusalem, a reason that is not found in books of history, for the reason is, so far as it concerns the initiates of the “Jew’s Religion”, a truth of “deeds” that ought never be “reproved”.

C. THE MISAPPROPRIATION OF THE APOCALYPSE

“The Apocalypse” is, of course, a well-known text, distributed with the Holy Bible to billions of people in a variety of languages over many centuries of time. As well-known as it is, however, it is equally misunderstood and sadly misappropriated. Though the book begins fairly innocuously, it’s content rapidly shifts from cogent to ethereal, becoming extremely symbolic, and progressing without congruity in the manner of dreams. We misunderstand because the visions expressed therein are a language we do not understand, a language beneath a language, not unlike the subconscious expressions of, once again, our dreams. “The Apocalypse” becomes a mystery, a puzzle to be solved, demanding of the reader not only knowledge of The Holy Bible as a whole, but also of ancient history and mythology. It demands of us not only specialized knowledge, but also a patient, discerning, honest, and thorough logical process. “The Book of Revelation” demands of us not only specialized knowledge and an honest logical process, it also requires, by its own call, wisdom. As such, “The Book Of Revelation” is not an easy book by any means, in fact, it is exceptionally demanding.

Many people have, through the centuries, endeavored to solve the mysteries and something of a cottage industry has formed out of presenting their findings through books and video. Some have created religious “movements” and even newborn churches out of their private interpretations of “The Apocalypse”. Indeed, apocalyptic interpretation seems to have become a form of pop culture in western civilization, generating a collective frenzy of “fear-porn” addiction related to “End Times” eschatological scenarios that, frankly, should not trouble the devout Christian much at all.

There are many interpretations of “The Apocalypse”, each one wilder than the next, and many of them seem to register as ego-centric. Our human tendency to put ourselves at the center of “The World” and its history causes each generation to have its own peculiar and, eventually, incorrect “End Times” scenario, ebbing and flowing with the change of administrations and borders, with the advances in technology, and with the ever-evolving standards of popular culture. Quite disturbingly, people make great money out of being incorrect, out of misrepresenting Christ, Christians, and Christianity, and out of the misleading of souls. Equally disturbing is the gullibility of so many folk, who accept the word of the charlatan without question when there are so many questions and so many charlatans.

Sadly, for many, the faith in Jesus Christ is more attachment than involvement, a badge we wear rather than a heart that is changed. Many of us are duly devoid of the energy necessary to doggedly pursue truth, and so our thin faith is vulnerable to predation and we post snake-oil salesman as icons rather than blessed saints. Perhaps one of the points of the mystery involved with “The Apocalypse” is, indeed, to separate the wheat from the chaff, for it is quite evident that we are, in the end, whatever our pursuit of truth delivers us to. The pursuit matters, and the truth matters.

The “Book of Revelation” is a mysterious text, and it’s symbolism nature is fertile ground for misappropriation. Holy Scripture tells a truth, but the truth is not your truth, nor is it my truth, but rather, it is God’s Truth. Jesus Christ, one in the Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, proclaims Himself to be “the way, the truth, and the life”, and “The Book of Revelation” is, to be more complete in our expression, “The Revelation of Jesus Christ”. The entire Holy Bible is pointing to the actuality of Christ, past, present, or future, Incarnate, Pre-Incarnate, or Post-Incarnate, temporal or spiritual. The Holy Bible is God’s Truth, and “The Apocalypse” is one part of the given truth of God. As such, I believe any interpretation, not unlike our precious faith itself, must be approached on God’s Terms, in a manner that permits scripture to interpret scripture.

D. ETHEREAL SYMBOLISM AND CULTURAL DISCONNECT

We are, in our ego-centric humanity, apt to and, indeed, quick to assess ethereal symbols in relation to our personal realities, to our individual “world-view” as the principal means of interpretation. In such selfishness, we are, in turn, slow to consider the perspective of the intended audience of a particular prophecy or, even worse, totally willing to disregard the basic fact that an intended audience other than ourselves exists at all. In truth, however, there was, indeed, an indisputable intended audience of “The Apocalypse”, and they were the peoples of the First Century AD “Seven Churches of Asia Minor”. As such, our self-oriented view of interpretation must be, at a minimum, shelved as secondary, if not jettisoned altogether.

The difficulty in interpreting “The Apocalypse” involves a vast chasm of time, a chasm that is, at the year of this writing, greater than nineteen-hundred years and approaching two thousand years in width. In our modern era, the symbolism of “The Apocalypse” is very much lost to us, wasted on us. We do not see with the eyes of “The Early Church”, nor do we, at least in the “West”, consider the world around us with an oriental mindset. “The Apocalypse” is far more “mysterious” to us than it was for its intended audience. Therefore, the pursuit of truth demands that we somehow come to appreciate perspectives that are quite likely foreign to us, to set ourselves in the realities of a time long behind us, to stand in the shoes of “The Early Church” and see existence with the eyes of the Ancient Near East.

The Ancient Near East, though geographically small, is, as the cradle of human civilization, huge in culture and great in significance. Indeed, all people, if proper documents had been maintained, would trace their own origins back to the Near East. Just as all people have roots in the Near East, so, too does all culture. The origins of the arts and sciences all stem from the Near East, and so, too, does all religion.

The religion of all humanity, rooted in the ancient Near East, is expressed in the varied mythologies of the region through time and space. Across the mythologies, we find, at least in very general terms, the same basic tale being told. The stories speak of the matters of intrigue involving a hierarchy of “gods” and “goddesses”, and seem to share the common bond of a particular “Creator God” that is abandoned in favor of other gods. This generic tale is the core of an “Anti-Religion”, a base of faith that involves the worship of “gods” that rebelled against their “Creator” and co-opted “Creation”. Two-thousand years ago, the “Early Christians” would have been very familiar with the “Anti-Religion” because they were yet in a time when many people openly practiced the ancient pagan idolatry of the area. Pagan idol worship was the dominant religion of the ancient Near East, challenged there only by the religion of Judea, which itself was heavily bastardized with a recurring history of secret dalliances into the neighboring paganism.

Ancient Israel had been the single “curator” of the “True Religion” of the abandoned “Creator God” of the pagan mythologies. The Ancient Israelites, however, were surrounded by pagan cultures on all sides and, collectively throughout their history, gave in to the many temptations of pagan culture. In the First Century AD, the “Creator God” of the pagan mythologies, known as “El” in the Canaanite variants, set out to bring an end to the covenant he shared with his spiritually adulterous “Chosen People”. The reason, as revealed by “The Apocalypse” and, indeed, in significant tracts throughout of the rest of The Holy Bible, is the recurring worship of pagan idols by the leaders of Jerusalem. The failure of the Ancient Israelites was a cyclical matter, recurring generation after generation, resulting in such calamities as the killing off of an entire generation during forty years in “The Exodus”, the division of Israel into two kingdoms, the loss of the Northern Kingdom to Assyria, the loss of ten tribes, the loss of the Southern Kingdom to Babylon, the destruction of the Temple and all of Jerusalem by Babylon, and the seventy years of captivity in Babylon. All of these regrettable misfortunes were tied to the idolatry of the collective, but ultimately repaired between the “Creator God” and a “small remnant brought forth”. The “small remnant” were people who maintained alliance with the “Creator God”, who kept covenant and fostered restoration. Noah and his family on the ark is an example of a small remnant of “God’s People”, as were the Israelites who left Babylon to restore Jerusalem after seventy years of “Captivity”. In the First Century AD, the “Early Church”, in its most rudimentary form in Jerusalem as “Disciples” of Jesus Christ, were the last “small remnant” of the ancient nation of Israelites “brought forth”.

At enmity with the “Disciples of Jesus Christ” were the vast majority of the other Israelites, known in the New Testament simply as “The Jews”. “The Disciples” and “The Jews” were both of Jewish stock, blood descendants in the line of Jacob. The differences between “Disciple” and “Jew” were not of blood, but were instead in matters of faith, of spiritual alliance. The obvious distinction that differentiates the “Disciples of Jesus Christ” from “The Jews” is in relation to Jesus Christ, while the underlying, obscure, indeed “mysterious” distinction between the two factions is in relation to identity-worship and pagan worship. The differentiation between “Disciple” and “Jew” is “ground zero” of “The Apocalypse”. “The Apocalypse” expresses “The Jews” in relation to their mysterious pagan idolatry, drawing from the mythologies which, in the First Century AD, were commonly known in the Near East.

In the modern era, particularly in the “west”, we know not what to make of the ethereal symbolism of “The Apocalypse”, but in our industriousness, we will, indeed make something of it. For example, “The Apocalypse” draws the imagery of a dragon with seven heads, which turns out to be the depiction of the Biblical “Leviathan”, known also in scripture and in the mythologies, alike, as “Tannin”. The “Great Red Dragon” of “The Apocalypse”, and also the “Scarlet Beast” that serves “The Dragon”, are both depictions of gods in Canaanite mythology, but we, two-thousand years removed and a world away, fail to make that connection. The truth is that the worship of pagan idols is somehow central to the message of “The Apocalypse”, but in the modern perspective of prophecy, we are more likely to disregard ancient mythology and use the otherwise untethered symbolism of “The Apocalypse” as a malleable tool of our incorrect notions and, subsequently, gross deception.

In the year 70 AD, Jerusalem was encompassed with Roman legions and mercenaries under the General Titus and then duly destroyed. The “True Religion” of the “Creator God” had fled prior to the arrival of Titus, establishing a Christian community in Pella of the Decapolis. The other “Religion of the Jews”, which we know now as “Judaism”, survived the fall of Jerusalem through the large community of Jews in Babylon and other scattered communities that existed universally outside of Jerusalem, but the Old Covenant that was co-opted and bastardized by Judaism was succinctly rendered inoperable by every mode of perception, leaving Judaism alone with its idolatry and its own identity as “religion”.

Judaism is a conflation of the “True Religion” of the “Creator God” and the “Anti-Religion” of both Egyptian, Canaanite, and Babylonian mythologies and its own tribal identity. It is, to be clear, the Jewish iteration of the “Anti-Religion”. The gods and goddesses are not and were never lost by Judaism to antiquity for these things are part of their understanding and practice. The “God of the Jews” had finally abandoned the hope of covenant and communion with a duplicitous people who had, generation after generation, took to the hills in self-interest and worshiped at the temples of “Ba’al” and “Asherah”. When we ignore these basic facts, we may then be coerced into conflating Christianity and Judaism as “Judaeo-Christian”.

E. A BASTARDIZED CHRISTIANITY

Christianity is the remaining vestige of the “True Religion” of the “Creator God”, and the nearer we can be drawn back to The Holy Apostles in our understanding and practice, the closer we are to our own truth. Otherwise, our brand of the “True Religion” is susceptible to bastardization, to failing the same failures as did the generations of Ancient Israelites before us, who had incorporated elements of pagan idolatry into their beliefs and morphed the “True Religion” that they, as a collective, were uniquely privy to, into a Jewish-flavored mythology of the “Anti-Religion”. It is this conflation of the two basic religions of The World that renders any affiliation with the “Creator God” as desolate in the same manner that good mixed with evil is always rendered, by the attribute of corruption, as evil.

The Apostle, St. Paul, addresses the topic of merging the “True Religion” with the “False Religion” in no uncertain terms, speaking to the Galatians about the “ioudaizo”, the “Judaizers” of The Church, which are those who seek to corrupt the “gospel of Christ” with the infusion of “Jewish religion”. The “Judaizers” are typically regarded lightly as Christian Jews who had sought to impose Old Covenant practice on “Gentiles”, but the matter was not necessarily innocent, and perhaps, in at least some cases, even sinister. The attempted Judaization of the Early Church was a power-play with, according to Acts 15, “converted” Pharisees known to be behind it. St. Paul is very clear in his condemnation of this corruption, making certain that the things of the “Jewish religion” are significantly different than the “gospel of Christ”, indeed a whole different religion. It was, and yet remains, the attempt of Judaizers to overwhelm Christianity with Jewish preeminence, perhaps without understanding that such an alliance begins to stain The Church with pagan idolatry and identity worship in the same manner that Judaism distorted the Old Covenant and discarded Moses. To merge Christianity with Judaism is to conflate the “True Religion” of the “Creator God” with the Egyptian, Canaanite, Phoenician, Assyrian, and Babylonian gods that the mysterious “Judaism” had secretly incorporated into the Religion of Moses, violating the Old Covenant time and time again.

GALATIANS 1:6-16
I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews’ religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it: And profited in the Jews’ religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers. But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace, To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen.

All of these things are of critical importance for the modern Christian to be knowledgeable of, because the efforts of Judaizers have increased in the past two-hundred years. Most significantly, in the modern era, there have been, in the Protestant circles, a cancer of Judaizers that have managed to heighten the interests of Christians in the things of Judaism. The conflation of Christianity and Judaism is evident in movements such as “The Hebraic Roots Movement”, “Messianic Christianity”, “Jews For Jesus”, and the massive geo-political ambitions of “Christian Zionism”. Many people do not understand that the ties with Judaism are deeply anethmatic to Christians, a curse upon one’s faith. Instead, many incorrectly associate Judaism as some innocuous form of Pre-Christ Old Testament religion, perhaps something on the lines of what St. John The Baptist was preaching in the river Jordan, and wrongly assuming that they share the same basic beliefs with Judaism, apart from the understanding of Jesus of Nazareth as Messiah, the Incarnate Christ. Judaism is more than “Torah Jews” who fail to see the Christ in Jesus. Judaism is the conflation of Pre-Incarnate Christianity, the “True Religion” of God and His “covenant people”, with the pagan idolatry of the Canaanites, Babylonians, and all neighboring nations of Ancient Israel. When Christians make bedfellows of Judaism, they begin gradually into the fatal error of the Jews, which is the bastardization of God Almighty with “false gods” of mythology, a violation of the very first of the Ten Commandments.

F. ZIONISM AND THE END TIMES

One of the four basic modes of eschatological interpretation is the “Futurist” perspective. The “Futurist” model of eschatology, in a simple form, interprets the inter-related prophecies of The Apocalypse, of the Prophet Daniel, and of the Prophet Ezekiel as events of a future time, far off from the Isle of Patmos in the First Century AD. This point of view separates the first three chapters of “The Apocalypse” from the remainder, effectively removing the historical context of St. John and the intended audience of the “Seven Churches” as integrally tied to the interpretation of the visions. Of course, this approach renders the visions completely untethered from any sane sense of temporal reality, and makes the visions completely malleable for any deceptive purpose. The resulting variation with the parameters of this model is as expected, but a particular theme that has achieved “pop-culture” status in the “West” among “Evangelicals” is the Futurist “Premillennial-Dispensationalism” angle. The “Premillennial-Dispensationalism” mode of Futurist eschatological interpretation is an “Israel-Centric” tale that has its roots in the early “Christian Zionism” of John Nelson Darby and the Plymouth Brethren in the mid-19th century. The major impact of “Premillennial-Dispensationalism” in the United States came about early in the Twentieth Century with the distribution of the “Scofield Reference Bible”, which was and is a King James Version Protestant Bible with reference and study notes interjected by Cyrus I. Scofield. Scofield’s notes on “The Book of Revelation” and the Old Testament Prophets are a major source for the various timetables, judgments, and plagues elaborated on by contemporary “Premillennial-Dispensationalist” writers who popularized the perspective through various media in the late Twentieth Century. Many of theses “religious writers” were guilty of “date-setting” and duly failing to be accurate, proving themselves to be “false prophets”, but nonetheless inexplicably retaining their established popularity.

Scofield, as legend has it, studied the philosophies of Darby while incarcerated and then began his “concordance”, which found favor with a group of influential Zionist Jews of “The Lotus Group” in New York City, where Scofield would then take up residence for some twenty years. Through his Zionist connections, “The Scofield Reference Bible” would be published by the Oxford University Press, and freely distributed throughout the American “Bible Belt”. The massive distribution of The Scofield Reference Bible was the progenitor of the phenomenon known as “Christian Zionism” in the United States, the political backbone and muscle behind the development, ongoing maintenance, and projected expansion of the modern state of “Israel” in the Levant. “Christian Zionism” is the “Anti-Religion” of the American “Neo-Conservative” movement of “warhawks” that claim to “Stand With Israel” but in actuality “Bow To Israel”.

The “Premillennial-Dispensationalism” interpretation of “The Apocalypse” was and is a form of the “Judaization” of Christianity, a bastardization of the faith for geopolitical purposes that, in turn, has spawned several religious movements that conflate Christianity with Judaism and mislead lead untold millions.

G. BIBLE AND TRADITION VS ARCHAEOLOGY AND OTHER SCIENCES

Recorded history fails humanity in its limitations. It is said, and rightfully so, that “history belongs to the victor”, meaning that those who take power come to control the distribution of information. History, as such, is bent and distorted, even completely made-over or totally discarded as the generations of mankind pass. Whether recorded history is deceitful or accurate and truthful, its focus tends to be in relation to the events associated with the powerful and wealthy, with the celebrity of the “elite” in stature, while so many trillions of other happenings of history evaporate from the memories of commoners without glorification. History can only reveal what it possesses to give, and the tyrannical nature of the power-mad among us have inflicted so much damage on the curation of truth that all matters of happenstance must be held delicately.

The Holy Bible is a very unique collection of texts that are charged, by God Almighty, through the specially commissioned voices of prophecy, with truth. The Holy Bible does not reveal all truth about all things, but rather speaks the truth, and nothing but the truth, of all things it concerns itself with. It is the structure of truth, and the source of truth. The Holy Bible is a magnificent beacon in a dark and foggy world of lies, deception, and secrecy, revealing in both the literal and the figurative, in the allegorical and the apocalyptic, and even in the logical conclusions drawn with inference.

History does not reveal the secret rites of the Sanhedrin class of Second Temple Israel, but Jesus Christ reveals a clear trail through the generations of idolatrous Israelites that culminates with the execution of their own Messiah, the desolation of their temple, and the destruction of their great city. The Holy Bible does not say plainly that the Scribes and Pharisees practiced occult sorcery, but links them to prior “leaders of Jerusalem” that certainly did, by making them accountable for the crimes of the murders and persecution of righteous people sent to them by God. It is the triumph of The Holy Bible over the veil of history that paints a more complete picture for the Faithful.

In the same manner that history fails humanity, so too does science, law, the arts, and even religion. Every pillar of civilization is tarnished with the untruthfulness and incompleteness of wicked intent. The intent of the wicked is to deceive, to create an imaginary and alternate reality in which they alone can dominate. History, as we know it to be, is a contrived bastardization of actuality scripted by the rich and powerful, but the actual archives of all history are maintained uncorrupted by the omniscient “Creator God”. Meanwhile, the sciences are merely the efforts of man to discover and replicate the creative energy and art of God Almighty, who created not only every instrument of measurement, but even all there is to be measured. Both history and science, in human clutches, are routinely manipulated to posit detraction from scripture and deviation from truth to conjure the false imagery of an alternate reality, no differently than the law can find a crime to fit any man, and no differently than the artist’s works are a single generous patron away from becoming the intentional strikes of propaganda.

We the people are guided into a mindset of reverence for the masters of history, science, law, art, and religion, a worldview that measures our beliefs against the totality of approved human understanding. This collective mentality is the machinations of “popular culture”, which at its most potent is truly a “hive mind”, devoid of deviation, intolerant of independent reason. The onset of multimedia in this, the “Information Age”, has made it possible for both maverick pursuit of truth and the persistent pounding of political propaganda, and so, as we advance through this era, a distinct polarity has developed between those who seek truth and those who are sold out to the deception, literally depicted as “The Truth Movement” and “The Fake News”.

There is, in this rotten world, so far as religion is concerned, only “True Religion” and “Anti-Religion”, which is to say that there is a “base of faith” dedicated to the worship of the “Creator God” and another “base of faith” dedicated to the worship of the occult pantheon of pagan “false” gods and goddesses. Out of these “bases” of faith spawn a multiplicity of “denominations”, which are simply variants of truth and untruth. Truth and untruth are the most ancient of enemies, no differently than the “Creator God” has always been at enmity with the “counterfeit” gods that, in their vanities, rebelled against The Creator and brought evil into Creation. The “Anti-Religion” of the “counterfeit gods”, as part of their “religion”, is the propagation of untruth, of deception. It is “anti-religious” practice to skew reality, to create the legendary tales that are the various mythologies of the devils, in which the being of God Almighty is diminished as antiquated and cast aside as irrelevant. The deception against God Almighty incorporates all aspects of culture, making history, science, law, art, and religion the enemies of Our Creator, and in doing so, quite ironically makes the culture of mankind the very enemy of mankind.

There is, in most men, an immeasurable organ of truth inside, an element of undefinable spirit we all know as “conscience”. The science, or more properly stated, the “pseudo-science” of psychology based on, for one, the absurd and perverse theories of Sigmund Freud, has re-branded “conscience” as “super-ego”, relegating the spiritual truth of “conscience” as some electro-chemical synthesis within the physiological structure of the mind, confining the “super-ego” to the brain, and not recognizing the “conscience” as an organ unto itself, apart from the brain. The “conscience” exists not in our brains, but rather, to hear holy scripture tell it, in our “hearts”, which is to say in our “core being”, within our spiritual selves, even devoid of physical attributes. Without a physical body, without a physical brain, we yet have “conscience”, and “conscience” is the inherent presence of Our Creator, through which we sense truth long before we reckon truth. We are all born into this world with “conscience”, but some of us work diligently to blot the “conscience” out, to deny both God Almighty and truth, in deference to our base desires. Eventually the “conscience” is cut off, and so God seemingly vacates our being. There are many such people, people of “seared conscience”, walking among us, and even driving popular culture as “influencers”, who have sacrificed their existence for the trappings of the “Anti-Religion” and, in doing so, become the great “anti-priests” against all that is good and true, and in the here and now are merely yet another generation of all the generations before them, all of the way back to the Garden of Eden.

It is great effort to deny inherent truth, and it is of great cost to those who do it religiously. Nonetheless, the wake of our generations are littered with campaigns against the “True Religion”, co-opting history, misappropriating science, weaponizing law, politicizing art, and bastardizing religion. Each of these campaigns, however great or small, begin with one’s personal choice against their own Creator, which is a perfectly unnatural act, out of which develops any of every unnatural tendency, which are “abominations” by definition. The course of the unnatural culminates with our own destruction, as the technological triumphs over the natural. The manifestation of a trans-human dystopia is a reality our unbridled “anti-sciences” have finally delivered us to, with a supreme elite class which has abandoned God and are untethered from reality, riding their fears and phobias into the aspirations of an immortality apart from The Creator, sacrificing the rest of us on the altars of Molech, and bringing us all to Hell with them. Again, however, the mindset and intent of the wicked are of the generations, the only difference now being massive technological advancement.

Jesus Christ, in no uncertain terms, identified the Scribes and Pharisees, who were part of the Sanhedrin “elite” of Jerusalem as it was, as such who impose their perversions on gullible others, who, in turn and with great ignorance, take up the cause of the damned:

MATTHEW 23:15
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

The wicked of the tyrannical “powers that be” throughout the entirety of human civilization has always been a matter of apartness from the “Creator God” coupled with the mad ambition of personal immortality. The wicked, who are devoid of their Creator, by conscience or, perhaps, by memory of conscience past, invariably seek the treasures of the Creator while circumventing the terms of the Creator, eventually settling for the counterfeit treasures of counterfeit gods, such as we are now beginning to see with trans-humanism. Immortality, as any sound Christian would tell it, is reserved for all of those who do not see the “Second Death”. The “Second Death” is the dissolution of the soul in the “Lake of Fire” at the end of one’s journey through the “Afterlife”. Those who continue to persist against their own Creator prove themselves abominable, prove themselves an undesirable creation, dead and dead again, in body first, and then in spirit. While there is no avoiding God’s terms on the matter, the vain will, in their boundless Lucifer-like arrogance, gamble their souls against nature and truth.

The madness of men, coupled with the curation of history, science, law, arts, and religion, renders civilization, particularly “popular culture”, tenuous at best. The arguments posited by the factions of the “Anti-Religion” against the “True Religion” do little more than cast great light on the dark deeds of the wicked. The “possibility” of the misuse, abuse, and manipulation of information, used expressly as lies for the sake of untruth, is much more a “probability”, so much so that we can fully expect deception in such debate. Therefore, such debate is a fool’s game, an arena of untruths incorporated to hide truth rather than uncover truth.

The “True Religion” is the religion of truth, while the “Anti-Religion”, on one hand, tends toward the redefining of truth into lies, and on the other hand, basks in the absolute absence of truth associated with the nihilist mindset. The “True Religion” believes in truth, exudes truth, speaks truth, reveals truth, stands for truth, and represents truth. The Holy Bible, which is an accompaniment to the more principle personal “Communion” with The Creator and to the “tradition” of the collective “Apostolic Church”, is a true expression of the story of theology and redemption. Our “salvation” is contingent upon meeting “God on God’s terms” and “perseverance in the faith”, both of which require the truth of God. A man can come to terms with God without “The Church”, and a man can persevere in faith without “The Church”, but without the truth of God being maintained and upheld by a properly sanctioned authority, odds are highly against ever learning God’s terms or ever acquiring enough truth to continually overcome the persistent deception of the enemy. The “Tradition” of “The Church”, with its legacy of especially learned men through all generations, is the curator of truth in this rotten world. It is the truths therein that are and always have been under the scrutiny of detractors, using whichever means are at their disposal to ceaselessly attack the “Creator God” as did their master, Lucifer, before them.

If there be any truth in this world at all, it will always be with God and not against God, it will always be with the things of God, and never with the things of The Devil, who is the father of lies. God created everything, including man and the fallen angels that men otherwise bow to, and entered into His own Creation as the foretold, long-awaited, and heralded Messiah, who authorized His Holy Apostles with the New Covenant and the foundation of The Church. It is The Church that is the curator of truth in this world, as God Almighty disseminates truth through the unbroken chain of officially ordained Bishops and Presbyters, a chain that binds us all, in The Faith, directly to Christ.

It is Christ that spoke truth to the Apostles, who, in turn, conveyed truth to the bishops they ordained, and so on down the line. The most ancient of these men are the “Church Fathers” of antiquity, the sainted masters of truth, who had established the “tradition” of our faith, our orthodoxy, our theology, and our practices. It is the “Church Fathers” that accumulated scripture into canon, forming the Holy Bible as we know it, even centuries after the “traditions” were first established. The “True Religion” has always been a matter of both “tradition” and “scripture”, even in the days of the Old Testament. Truth is expressed through both means. A truth is uttered, a truth is written down, a truth is read, and a truth is interpreted, and through all of these things, the truth must be maintained, existing once and forever in eternity, unchanged. It is the “orthodoxy”, meaning the “correct understanding”, of the “Apostolic Church”, which is the bastion of reality in the corrupt world, the parameters of which keep us in truth and keep us less susceptible to the wiles of deception.

The detractors against God Almighty, whether their “expertise” lies in the areas of history, science, law, art, or religion, have little place in this text, perhaps only as examples of wicked, if at all. The points made by the adepts of the “Anti-Religion” are known deceptions, devoid of value. The truth of all things is in alignment with The Creator Of All Things, and a wise man will take the word of Prophets, Apostles, and Bishops, through scripture or however otherwise, over that of the agents of The Devil.

The Holy Bible, to the surprise of many, is not a text that exists to make one believe in God. Instead, belief in God comes through a personal hunger and thirst for truth and righteousness that overcomes a base desire for personal pleasure and the components that support one’s persistent vain illusion. God reveals Himself to us all, one truth at a time, day by day, year after year. When “The World” has managed to expose itself fully for the deception of The Devil that it truly is, the seeker of truth has nowhere to turn but to his “Creator God”. The Holy Bible needs to be “believed to be seen” rather than “seen to be believed”. The Bible is not a text for the wicked, for the wicked are hopeless to understand it. The belief comes first, and the full measure of understanding gradually follows. We do not believe The Holy Bible blindly, but rather we give ourselves over to God Almighty completely and then, suddenly, we have the eyes to see the meaning, the deeper meaning, the interactivity, and the inter-connectivity of the holy scriptures. The Holy Bible is a collection of books for believers, and the attacks against it, against The Church, against Christianity as a whole, and against the “Creator God” by the “Anti-Religion” idolators have no comparable merit, whatever their level of expertise in history, science, law, art, and/or religion may be, for they, as they stand, are subjects of The Devil, who is the Father of Lies and the Lord of The Rebellion.
